Backyard Concerts Benefiting The Studio@620

The Studio@620 invites you to enjoy sun, sky, and song at this unique afternoon fundraising event! We’ve curated a lovely series of backyard concerts which you may attend as a progressive walking tour of the Old Southeast Neighborhood. Performers include local musical favorites Nate Najar, Daniela Soledade, The Picnic Band (Paul Wilborn, Eugenie Bodurant, Sher and Robin Sibucao) Sharon Scott, James Suggs, La Lucha and more!

Our hosts have graciously offered their backyards as concert venues. You’ll visit four locations including the homes of Bob Devin Jones and James Howell, Paul Wilborn and Eugenie Bondurant, Jorn Veenstra and Ami Utji, and James Howell’s Red Cottage. Each location features a different twenty minute performance and you’ll have plenty of time to walk to the next place on your tour. You’ll receive a pre-packaged gourmet snack box at your first location as well as beverages at each stop. What a lovely way to spend an afternoon while supporting one of St. Petersburg’s most treasured arts organizations!

Due to the pandemic, all tickets must be purchased in advance. Audience size will be kept small (limited to 25 per group) to ensure adequate space for social distanced seating. Guests are required to wear masks. Four groups will be making simultaneous rounds so make note of your group when you purchase your ticket as this determines which home you start at. Guests will stay with the same audience group for the entirety. Seating will be sanitized between groups. An email will be sent complete with addresses and map of homes included on the tour after tickets are purchased. Your ticket supports The Studio@620 as we strive to continue our mission of YES during these historic times.

Your ticket purchase informs which house concert you see first. Four groups will be circulating through this concert series simultaneously. Be sure to note which group you select when making your reservation!

• Group 1 Starts at the home of Bob Devin Jones and James Howell / Performers are Nate Najar and Daniela Soledade
• Group 2 Starts at the home of Paul Wilborn and Eugenie Bondurant / Performers are The Picnic Band (Paul Wilborn, Eugenie Bondurant, Robin and Sher Sibucao)
• Group 3 Starts at James Howell’s Red Cottage / Performers are La Lucha
• Group 4 Starts at the home of Jorn Veenstra and Ami Utji / Performers are Sharon Scott, James Suggs, and Company

All tours begin at 3PM at the appropriate location.

Concerts will be 20 minutes at each venue with plenty of time to walk between homes.

All groups will see concerts from all performers as the group progresses from home to home. A map showing all locations will be emailed to you prior to the event date.

All guests are required to wear masks and observe social distancing guidelines.
