The Studio@620 welcomes a new series of poetry readings presented in partnership with PLUME. PLUME is a magazine dedicated to publishing the very best of contemporary poetry.
This inaugural evening will feature Jay Hopler. His poetry, essays, and translations have appeared in numerous magazines and journals, including American Poetry Review, The Kenyon Review, Mid-American Review, The New Republic and The New Yorker. He has won numerous awards including a Florida Book Award in 2006. Hopler is Associate Professor of English (Creative Writing/Poetry) at the University of South Florida.
