The Studio@620 welcomes Skyler Bianca as she directs "No Exit", written by Jean-Paul Sartre. Skyler is a new, young director looking to create art in her community and has selected a cast of local actors to bring this dramatic tale to the stage.
Summary of Play: Two women and one man are locked up together for eternity in an uncomfortably hideous room. The windows are boarded up, the room is unbearably hot, there is nothing breakable or reflective, and there is no exit. The irony of Hell is that its torture is not the eternal fire and physical torment, but the burning humiliation of each soul as it’s stripped of its pretenses by the cruel curiosity of the damned.
