An Intimate Collaboration


Join us as we explore our own creative journey to discover and uncover the world of the composers through live music, art, spoken word and dance.

The Florida Orchestra and The Studio@620 continue their Intimate Collaborations with three entertaining and sparkling multi-disciplined “happenings” to create a different kind of awareness about the inter-relatedness of the arts in our community. Sure to spark lively conversations, these events take place prior to three of the Florida Orchestra's concerts.

“Diamond in the Rough: The Journey Home”
This night’s gems celebrate music of American composer David Diamond,
Mozart, Brahms and Arnold Schoenberg.

The first collaboration will be held on Wednesday, November 20, linking you to The Florida Orchestra’s Masterworks concert, Elgar’s Cello Concerto. The series will continue on Thursday, March 6, prior to the Pops program, When Irish Eyes Are Smiling. The final collaboration occurs on Wednesday, April 9 prior to Mozart, Diamond & Brahms
