Exploring Self-Expression Workshop

Presented by The Center for Creative Intelligence

A meaningful life reflects that which is unique in each of us.  Sometimes what that gift is may not be apparent to us, or we have learned to push it deep inside of ourselves and not let it out.  In this workshop we will explore our passion and creativity and invite it to dance with us.   Then we will explore how to develop a practice of self-expression that connects us with our genuine self.

This event will be held at The Studio@620, an innovative gallery and cultural center for the visual and performing arts in downtown St. Petersburg.

You will gain a new level of confidence, an ability to communicate more authentically and effectively, increased joyful self-expression, and a greater appreciation for and attunement to the unseen.
