We’ve all heard ghost stories and some have felt a connection with souls long
passed, but can the afterlife really send messages to the living? Or is it merely
our human minds needing to connect the gaps where logic cannot? Utilizing
visual, theatrical, and optical art, The Unseen, explores these very questions.

Inspired by messages from the afterlife, The Unseen, illuminates stories of
signs, symbols, and apparitions from “the beyond”. The Studio@620 is home
to this unique art installation, where theater curtains separate the galleries and
patrons move through large scale artworks created from discarded theatrical
scenery. The Unseen is an experience that challenges perceptions as light and
dark change the art.

Concept and artwork is by Rebekah Lazaridis, set construction by Eric Haak, lighting design by Joe Oshry and Megan Byrne, sound design by David Russell and movement direction by Helen Hansen French.

Show runs October 5th-14th, 2018 with a preview evening on Thursday
October 4th, 2018. Suggested donation of $10.
