A Film Series for Young People
New and just for kids, Pink Cricket presents a film series, "From the Page to the Screen: Children's Literature Comes to Life". Film screenings begin on September 21st and feature movies based on children's literature. This series is designed as a partnership program to coincide with the ongoing Studio@620 films shown at Push Ultra Lounge on Monday evenings. Parents can drop their children off at The PinkCricket, 534 Central Avenue, at 7:30, make it to the film series at Push by 8, and pick their children up after their film is over. After each film, children will participate in a hands-on activity designed after the featured film. Suggested donation is $5, but people will not be turned away based on their inability to pay.
