The Artists

Cristina & Don Williams

Don Williams held his first show in Florida in 1996. His graceful wheel thrown pieces have attracted a large and dedicated following and he has won numerous awards for his hand-made creations.  Don’s work is widely displayed in galleries throughout Florida and the greater southeast.  Cristina joined him in 2001 and their work now fuses her artistic painting and sculpture with his exquisite wheel thrown work.

Wendy Durand

Several years ago, Wendy Durand embarked upon her long-held dream of becoming a professional potter.  Her exploration of color, shape and form has resulted in work that is both earthy and elegant and has helped develop a devoted following just two short years after her first exhibition.  Currently her work can be seen at several Florida locations, including the Florida Museum for Women Artists gift shop, and at various shows and exhibitions throughout the year.    For more information about Wendy and to view some of her work, visit her website at:  http://www.durandpottery.com

Rich Meredith

Rich Meredith has been a “serious” potter for almost 6 years.  For him, pottery is a stress relief outlet, where it is acceptable and even encouraged to make a huge mess.  His current work is focused primarily on raku fired pieces, the process of which is exciting and provides instant gratification (from a pottery perspective) that one gets when revealing a piece from the reduction can.
