MOB

Musicians Out of the Box, or MOB, is a progressive string quartet dedicated to the performance of new music, ethnic music, and music that does not fit into the box normally constructed in the mind’s eye when one thinks of a traditional string quartet.

Roxane Frangie, violin
Violinist with the Florida West Coast Symphony in Sarsota, FL, Roxane is a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Music.

Nathan Frantz, viola
Violist with the Florida West Coast Symphony, Nathan is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.

Sean O’Neil, violin
Sean is a violinist with the Florida Orchestra in Tampa, and has been a member of the Sarasota Opera Orchestra and the Louisiana Philharmonic.

Sasha Von Dassow, cello
Sasha is a cellist with the Florida Orchestra, and is the conductor of orchestras at Manatee Community College, and the Music Director of the North Port Orchestra.
